Vinaigrette--4 ingredients, 3 steps, 2 minutes, 1 yummy salad.

What you need for the vinaigrette:

1. olive oil
2. red wine vinegar
3. Dijon mustard
4. garlic glove(s)--depending on the size of your salad

1. In a bowl, combine 1 part olive oil with 1 part vinegar; add in mustard to taste. 
2. Mince garlic and add to vinaigrette. 
3. Add in your salad and toss.

Yum! Quick, easy, and nutritious. Enjoy!
